I’m Amira Roberts, your photographer and I can’t wait to meet you! I’m 22 years old and I’ve love capturing photos people ever since I could remember. I’m born and raised in Kansas City, Missouri and photography is my passion. I specialize in portraits primarily with models, influencers, content creators, business owners and graduates!
I’ve been shooting professionally since 2020 but unfortunately, in late 2021 I had life altering events happen and photography was momentarily put on hold.
My obsession with film begin in grade school. I used to make YouTube videos & take pictures with my mom’s digital camera & I even taught myself how to edit.
My 8th grade year my photography journey continued with video editing of memories that expanded in high school when I learned the basic fundamentals of the camera. I purchased the canon rebel t7 and that’s when my vision started to enhance and take off. I performed shoots for school, friends and events. The experience I’ve gained over the last 4 years has grown into passion. Each and every shoot produced by me is well thought-out, creatively driven, and personable. My goal is to always make my clients portraits meaningful, with a true vision that turns it into reality while providing a warm & pleasant experience!
Outside of shooting in Kansas City I’m probably drinking coffee, shopping, cooking, learning a new skill or making content. In my leisure time I’m traveling, building my portfolio, making friends and connecting with people! I value experiences tremendously as they live on forever! My super adventurous, creative and outgoing personality lead me to personal connections with clients, naturally guiding me to capture each person’s unique individuality.
